Overview

Developed a food delivery platform connecting restaurants, delivery partners, and customers through a scalable multi-vendor ecosystem.

The Challenge

The client wanted to launch a food delivery service connecting multiple restaurants with customers and delivery partners, but needed all three sides — restaurant order management, delivery assignment, and customer tracking — working together in real time rather than as disconnected tools.

The Solution

We built React Native apps for customers and delivery partners on a Node/MongoDB backend, using Redis to keep order and delivery-status lookups fast under concurrent load. Google Maps API drives live order tracking and delivery routing, Razorpay handles payments, and a restaurant management panel lets vendors manage their own menus and incoming orders.
