Built a gym management system to manage memberships, attendance, trainers, workout plans, and customer engagement through web and mobile platforms.
The Challenge
The gym was tracking memberships, renewals, and attendance manually, which meant renewal reminders got missed and trainers had no easy way to manage workout plans for their members. The client wanted billing, attendance, and trainer assignment handled in one system instead of paper logs and spreadsheets.
The Solution
We built a Laravel/MySQL backend with a React Native member app, automating subscription billing and renewal reminders through Razorpay and Firebase push notifications. Trainer assignment and workout/diet plan management run through the same platform, with attendance tracking and an admin dashboard giving the owner a single view of membership and revenue.
